If you choose to pay with PayPal at checkout, you will be automatically directed to the PayPal site. Upon completion of your transaction, you will be returned to the SML. shop to finalize your purchase.
Please note, all transactions will be processed in USD. Orders are only dispatched for shipping when full payment has been processed.
If you are processing payment for your order with Stripe or PayPal, your transaction is subject to the respective terms & conditions of these companies. Please refer to the terms and conditions listed on their website.
All domestic and international orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California via UPS or FedEx carrier services.
All orders will be shipped within two business days (48 hours) of processed payments, during regular business hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm PST. No orders will be processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays. Please allow additional time for delivery if you placed an order during these times. In the event that your order is delayed, please email email@example.com directly. Standard ground shipping usually delivers within 3-5 business days.
Shipping is charged as flat rates which are calculated at time of purchase through your shopping cart. All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx within two working days of placement and tracking information will be provided when orders have been processed. If you wish to expedite shipping, please select the Priority/Expedite Shipping option at checkout or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. If notified after, we cannot guarantee that the order will be expedited once shipping is processed and in transit.
At this time international shipping is offered only by request. Set shipping costs do not apply and charges are calculated at the time of purchase via your shopping cart due to location, purchase order and requested delivery. All orders will be shipped via USPS within two working days of an international order request. Please email email@example.com.
International orders can be tracked during the delivery process via the tracking number provided after order processing. PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped internationally may incur customs duties and foreign taxes that are payable before your order is cleared by customs by the customer (you). SML is unable to estimate these costs nor responsible for covering any/all cost associated with receiving your order. For more information regarding duties payable and taxes in your region, please contact your local customs office.
All shipments are fully trackable. Once you place an order you should receive an order confirmation and tracking to confirm your shipment and details. Please ensure your address' are correct at the time of checkout as we are unable to change the address once your order has been processed for shipping. If your order is being delivered to a business address, please include the business name. In the event you are not available to receive your delivery, an ‘attempted delivery’ card will be left and your package redirected to your local post office for collection.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY UPDATES

Obviously, stuff (like life) doesn’t always work out the way we hoped. Therefore, returns and exchanges are accepted, however only in the case of damaged goods for store credit or exchanges for items of similar price upon approval.
If you have received your SML purchase and it is damaged beyond the details on the product page (“Sold As Is” are marked for items with preloved marks on them as well as additional details listed per product so please make sure to review before purchasing), the item will be reviewed for a return refund and a credit applied to your account upon approval. Otherwise, if it is determined that the item was described “as is” only a store credit or exchange will be provided.

Returns/Exchanges for purchases will be gladly accepted where;
The goods have not been worn, altered, or washed and are in a re-saleable condition
The goods have all original tags attached
The goods are returned within the time frame stated
Return shipping costs are at the customers expense
Accepted returns will be processed once the item has been received & reviewed and an email confirmation sent to notify you of the credit and or exchange status.
Exchanging goods and or refunding goods is at the discretion of the SML team.
If the item is a gift, please provide a note at checkout or email us directly before placing your order to arrange order processing. Gift orders will not be accepted for a full refund unless processed as ‘gift’ at checkout.
